WHO: This survey is being conducted by Hawai’i Family Advocates (HFA). HFA is a 501(C)(4) non-profit corporation whose core values of Faith, Family, and Freedom is advanced through lobbying, education, and empowerment.
CORE VALUESFaith: We support the Biblical worldview.
Family: We advocate for the sanctity of life from conception to natural death, marriage between one man and one woman, and traditional family values.
Freedom: We will champion religious liberty and the God given inalienable rights recognized by the founding fathers of our nation and expressed in the United States Constitution.
WHY: In advancing HFA’s core values we need to be recognized as an organization that understands and practices the fundamentals of civic responsibility. By being equipped with a sizeable supporter data base we will be able to exercise political strength and support in our lobbying and educational efforts with your elected representatives, government officials, and Faith Community. It will also allow us to empower those within this data base to be informed and knowledge based advocates, community activists, and voters.
USE: The information gathered by this survey will be kept
confidential and used for the
sole and exclusive purpose of compiling a
supporter database exclusively for HFA, for the reasons stated in the previous paragraph. Your information will not be collected and used by us unless you
