The ANMF seeks your feedback about the impact of the revised rosters which reduced staff, care hours and skill mix.

Participating in this survey is completely voluntary and all information and responses you provide in this survey will be treated confidentially.

Staff on sick leave is regularly not replaced
Unpaid overtime to complete work
Inability to take tea/meal breaks
Reduced availability of and access to RN’s for advice/instruction
Increased occurrence of workplace injuries
Insufficient staff/time to supervise residents who require supervision
