SHOWCASE FY2017 – Performers and Exhibitors

DATE: Friday, November 4, 2016

LOCATION: Georgetown Public Library, 402 West 8th Street, Georgetown, TX 78626

Performances: 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Exhibits
Set-up: 8:00 a.m.
open: 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

APPLICATIONS TO PERFORM REGISTER BY:
Please complete the application below by September 1 to be considered for a showcase performance.

Showcase Performance Selection Space is limited. Slots fill up quickly!

Showcase Performance - $100 (includes performance slot and a table in the exhibitor room.)

Deadlines:
Thursday, September 1 – You let us know you would like to be considered for a performance slot.
Friday, September 16 – We will send you a finalized list of performers.
Friday, October 14 – Payments due.

Each performer will get 12 minutes to demonstrate their talent in front of a live audience. The audience is mostly public librarians in Central Texas. We do get people as far as Harper (near Fredericksburg) and Portland (near Corpus Christi).
