What do I have to do as a Mystery Shopper?

• You will be assigned visits with specific tasks to grade the service provided to you during the visits. Of course, you are to conduct the visits covertly; acting as any other customer. At the end of the visit, you will submit a report experience.

 
How much am I paid as a Mystery Shopper?

• Mystery Shopper Fees are project-dependent and in accordance to the complexity of the Mystery Shopping Visits.

 
Do I have to pay for purchases?

• On visits where purchases have to be made, there will be reimbursement on return of the purchased items.

 
I am working currently, how much time do I have to commit to be a Mystery Shopper?

• You will be assigned visits with specific time frames, and you will have the flexibility to plan the visits according to your availability.You may choose to take up visits when you are available and conduct the visits outside of your working hours. In fact, most of our current Mystery Shoppers are working adults who conduct the visits during their free time.

 
I have never done this before. I do not know what to do.

• Don’t worry. You will attend our Mystery Shopper Training AND Project Briefings that will assist you in your project preparation. We will share some scenarios that may arise during your visit, as well as our requirements in your report writing and submission.

 
What can I expect from being a Mystery Shopper?

• The opportunity to experience service from a wide variety of industries; retailers, banks, hotels, Food & Beverages outlets etc. Your efforts will help our clients improve their service delivery further.

 
What is the requirement to be a Mystery Shopper?

• Proficiency in the English language (written and spoken).
• Great memory.
• Eye for details.
• Right service attitude.
