            A notice that is required to be given to an Owner shall be:
            (c) sent by facsimile transmission, electronic mail or any other method of electronic communication if the owner agrees in writing that the party giving the
     notice may give the notice in this manner;

The delivery of important and official matters of the T.S.C.C. 2368 by Electronic Mail (E-Mail) will decrease the cost for printing and postage and ensure that Owners receive this information almost immediately.
