DORS Needs Assessment 2016: Deaf and Hard-of-Hearing Services

The Division of Rehabilitation Services (DORS) needs your feedback.  It is our goal to serve our consumers with excellence.  Therefore, we are seeking your assistance with helping us identify the unmet rehabilitation and employment needs of individuals who are Deaf and Hard-of-Hearing.  We also want to hear your suggestions for addressing those unmet needs.

Please take a moment to complete the following survey.  It should only take a few minutes of your time.  All responses are voluntary and will be kept confidential.  Responses will not be identified by individual; they will be compiled together and analyzed as a group.

If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Jon Barad, Staff Specialist III, Workforce & Technology Center, at 410-554-9162 or by email at jonathan.barad@maryland.gov.

Thank you in advance for assisting us in our effort to best meet the needs of all we serve!
