I invite you to take part in a research study being conducted for the completion of my dissertation as part of my MSc in Applied Social and Health Psychology.
The aim of this study is to explore the relationship between psychological factors, demographic variables, job satisfaction and work engagement.
Your participation in this study is voluntary so it is up to you to decide to take part. If you do consent you can still withdraw at any time by closing your internet browser. The survey will be completely anonymous and the information you provide will not be identifiable to you as an individual.
If you consent to take part, you will be provided with a series of questionnaires measuring work engagement and general well-being. The study should take no longer than 15 minutes to complete, but there is no time constraint. There are also no right or wrong answers.
After careful and precise analysis of the data obtained from this study, I would be happy to provide you with a copy of the executive summary at your request.
