Public Transportation To The Keck Building

Parking: The National Academies Keck Center main entrance is located on 5th Street between E and F Streets. There is limited complimentary parking available for visitors. The garage entrance is on 6th Street, between E and F Streets. You will need to tell the security guard at the garage entrance that you are attending a BCYF meeting. If for some reason the parking lot is full you can seek parking at these other garages for a fee:

600 E Street - daily, 8:00 am - 6:00 pm
AARP Building (6th and E Streets) -daily, 7:00 am – 11:00 pm
Verizon Center - daily 5:00 am-9:00 pm (available only if there is no event at the Center)

The Keck Building is located between the Gallery Place/Chinatown station and the Judiciary Square station. If you take the Gallery Place/Chinatown station (red, yellow, and green lines), follow the exit signs for 7th & F Streets, NW. At the top of the escalator, take a left onto F Street and walk 2 blocks. Take a right on 5th Street, and the building is right after the fire house. If you take the Judiciary Square station (red line), follow the exit signs for the National Building Museum & F Street. At the top of the escalator, take a left onto F Street for 1 block. Take a left on 5th Street, and we are after the fire house on the right.

PLEASE NOTE: ID is required to enter the Keck Building.
