This form provides Agnes Scott Registered Student Organizations with a means of planning their event, and knowing what aspects to think about in the planning process.

If you need assistance with the planning process, consult your advisor or the Center for Student Involvement.

Event Set Up Details

Be as descriptive as possible when providing details for your event. We will contact you once the space has been confirmed. Submit your Event Request Form AT LEAST 10 days prior to your event. Once you submit your form, you are still able to change details in your reservation.

We encourage you to submit a diagram or attach a drawing for your event set up. Email all relevant documents and files to Campus Calendar at emsevents@agnesscott.edu

Marketing Your Event

This section serves as a checklist to help effectively marketing your group's event on our campus, while also following the proper protocols and guidelines. If you have fliers that require approval, bring them to the Center for Student Involvement in Alston 216 between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
