Applying institutions/organisations must submit the online application form below and upload the following documents:
  1. CV of the main contact person
  2. Photo of the main contact person
  3. Presentation of the programme

The membership application can be sent anytime of the year.
 
The ENCATC Board evaluates the applications throughout the year. The decision taken does not require justification and cannot be appealed. The Secretariat notifies applicants within 30 days from the application submission.
 
For more details about the ENCATC membership conditions (affiliation, resignation, suspension and exclusion) please refer to the ENCATC Statutes, Title IV.
