Description of Study:
This survey is seeking information about individuals’ experiences with blood donation. It is intended to provide information for a comparative paper on the Dutch and American blood donation systems, and your responses will be immeasurably helpful. The paper will be submitted as part of a course on social policy in the Netherlands at the International School of Humanities and Social Sciences at the University of Amsterdam. Your participation in this study is voluntary, and you may decide to stop answering the questions and exit the survey at any point if you so wish.
