Sleep Tracking

Study Information

STUDY INFORMATION

We are studying how people perceive sleep data gathered from different kinds of sleep tracking devices. You may take this survey if you are currently tracking your sleep or at some point in the past used a device or a smart phone application that tracked your sleep.

In this questionnaire we will ask you about your sleep tracking habits and how effective you find/found the device/app. The questionnaire will take approximately 10 minutes to fill out.You are not required to respond to any question that makes you feel uncomfortable, and may end your participation at any point. Your response will be anonymous, unless you choose to participate in the follow-up interview in which case your email will be associated with your survey response. 

Upon completion of the survey you may opt in to a raffle for one of five 20$ Amazon gift cards.
