Thank you for agreeing to take part in this short survey for my master’s dissertation project exploring emotional intelligence in the workplace. To participate in this study, you must be aged 18 or over and must be currently employed (whether this is part-time, full-time, permanent, temporary, contract, or self-employed). This survey will take you no longer than 15-20 minutes.
You will be presented with a series of 3 questionnaires, each item/question requires a response. The first questionnaire will explore your attention to emotional intelligence. The second part to this survey requires you complete an inductive reasoning test (this section should take you approximately 10 minutes). The last section is a short job performance appraisal task where you will need to think about how you work within your workplace. Therefore, please ensure that you have completed the questionnaire correctly before submitting your response. Please take your time, this is not a timed experiment. Answer the questions as truthfully and as accurately as you can.
