South Texas SHOWCASE FY2017 – Performers and Exhibitors

DATE: Friday, December 2, 2016

LOCATION: McAllen Public Library, 4001 N 23rd St, McAllen, TX 78504

Performances: 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Exhibits
Set-up: 8:00 a.m.
open: 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

APPLICATIONS TO PERFORM REGISTER BY:
Please complete the application below by September 9 to be considered for a showcase performance.

Showcase Performance Selection Space is limited. Slots fill up quickly!

Showcase Performance - $50 (includes performance slot and an exhibitor table.)

Deadlines:
Thursday, September 9 – You let us know you would like to be considered for a performance slot.
Friday, September 16 – We will send you a finalized list of performers.
Friday, October 14 – Payments due.

Each performer will get 12 minutes to demonstrate their talent in front of a live audience. The audience will be mostly public librarians from the area.
7. If possible, please share a link to your website or to a YouTube video giving a sample of your performance.
8. Audience Focus *This question is required.
10. We have received requests to have Showcases in other parts of the state. Please indicate in which areas you would like to increase your visibility by performing or exhibiting in another Showcase.
