2016-2017 Lincoln Options Community Council (OCC) Parent/Guardian Directory and Volunteer Form

Welcome back to school! If you have chosen Lincoln, it's because you value the unique, hands-on experiences here. Volunteers are the lifeblood of Lincoln Options. There are lots of ways to get involved.

Olympia School District Volunteer Form and OCC Directory and Volunteer Form
All volunteers must fill out an Olympia SD volunteer form at http://osd.wednet.edu/community/volunteer. Anyone who plans to drive students this year also needs to fill out a volunteer driver form (available from the office). We need this OCC form for two reasons:

To include you in our family directory. The District is not allowed to share contact info you've already given them with other families or the OCC. We have to get your information directly from you.

To match you up with the right volunteer opportunity.
