Introduction
We are a team of Massey University students who are conducting marketing research as part of the course requirements for 156.334 Marketing Consultancy under the supervision of Dr Loren Stangl, Lecturer in Marketing from the School of Communication, Journalism and Marketing, Albany campus.

Our project is to prepare a marketing plan for a local Auckland business. As part of this project, we are required to conduct primary data collection through either a personal interview or a questionnaire. The basis for selection of participants is sector experience and/or convenience sampling. All responses will remain confidential.
In order to understand the business environment better, we would like to ask you a few questions regarding services for small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs) in New Zealand.
You are under no obligation to accept this invitation. If you decide to participate, the questionnaire should take approximately 10-15 minutes to answer. Completion and submission of the questionnaire implies consent. You have the right to decline to answer any particular question.
