Alumni Application: College Readiness Mentoring Day 2016

A group of mentors and volunteers--along with NFTE staff--will be attending this special workshop to provide support and guidance around applying to college and to Cornell, in particular. Each student that attends will be matched with a mentor who will stay connected with them throughout the college application process and offer feedback. The overall focus will be college-application 'dos' and 'don’ts'.

Students should come to the workshop with their personal statement or college essay that they have written already. Mentors and students will then work together to create a timeline for the whole application process.
