KEP 2017-18 Cohort Registration

Thank you for your interest in becoming a participant in the 2017 cohort for MDE's Kindergarten Entry Profile. This profile will provide classroom teachers, school and district administrators with valuable information on each kindergarten student's strengths as they begin their school career. It will also be useful for district reporting on World's Best Workforce goal #1. The KEP menu of tools also supports alignment as each tool can be used along the pre-K-3 continuum and all KEP approved tools can be used in all voluntary pre-K sites.

MDE will aggregate all data to measure the percent of children who meet statewide expectations across multiple domains of development and learning. This will help state staff make decisions on the type of support that may be useful in the next year.
