Purpose of the Study






Objective: The purpose of this study is to examine the factors that lead users of social media to engage in Word of Mouth (WOM) and to proceed to online purchases.

Incentive: Every person that completes the survey will be given one entry to a raffle for four $50 Amazon eGift Cards. You can increase the number of entries you have by forwarding the survey to your friends in the final section of the survey. You will receive one additional entry for each person you invite AND completes it. Double entries from the same person are not allowed!

Confidentiality/Anonymity: All data gathered will remain anonymous and will be used for research purposes solely. The analysis will be conducted in aggregate manner so no personal details will be available.
