Conference Site Selection

1. NANN understands many conference attendees either share the cost of conference attendance with their employer or pay on their own. To help keep conference attendance affordable, NANN has historically focused on keeping the room rate of the conference hotel below $200 a night. As a conference attendee, how likely would you be to pay more ($200-250) for a guest room, if the conference were in a top tier city, such as Boston, San Francisco, or Chicago?  (1 to 4, with 4 being very likely]
2. Holding the annual conference over a holiday weekend, either religious or national, would open up new locations and possibly better hotel room pricing for attendees. Would you be more or less likely to attend our meeting over a holiday?
3. NANN’s typical annual meeting pattern is Wednesday to Saturday. Sometimes, different patterns allow for better attendee hotel rates. How likely would you be to attend during one of the following meeting patterns if doing so would lead to a more affordable rate?
