For each category, rate yourself from 1-6 (with 1 being lowest and 6 being highest) to gauge how customer-centric your mindset really is. Then add up your total score to see how your rate. This will give you reflection points on what to consider when starting the journey, or some new ways to look at a customer centricity initiative you may have already started.
