SV2 Teens 2017: Pre-Program Survey

Thank you for taking this brief survey -- the results will help shape the Teens program for 2017. Please complete the survey by November 4, 2016. We're offering Kiva gift certificates to the first three Teens to complete the survey!
4. Are you planning to participate in SV2 Teens in 2017? Program runs January 22nd, 2017 - May 7th, 2017, with a pre-meeting (optional but encouraged) on December 4th, 2016. *This question is required.
5. Are you interested in being a member of the SV2 Teens Leadership Team?
Specific roles might include:
  • Site Visit Lead - outreach to nonprofits, select organizations, and coordinate logistics of site visit
  • Content Lead - assist in creating, planning, and delivering curriculum on philanthropy education
  • Grant making Lead - assist in creating and facilitating a grant making decision process
  • Fundraising Lead - organize and support peers in raising extra funds (beyond SV2 dollars)
Other duties may include: selecting issue area, communications (via social media), coordinating youth led service project. Time commitment varies based on role, but will be around 20-30 hours over the course of the program. Teen leaders must have participated in SV2 Teens before and be able to work independently and as a group between meetings. *This question is required.
6. What areas are you most interested in exploring this year (check the three you're most interested in)?
This will help us decide which organizations we'll investigate, where to go for site visits and service projects, and which nonprofits we'll include in our portfolio of potential grantees. *This question is required.
