RainReady Oak Park Application

RainReady Oak Park offers grants up to $1,300

RainReady Oak Park helps residents better manage rain on their property through landscaping. Homeowners receive a free assessment of their property, recommended landscaping improvements, and a grant from the Village of Oak Park. Grants are 50% of the cost of eligible work, up to $1,300.

Eligible work includes rain gardens, bioswales, cisterns, dry wells, and permeable pavement.

Please note - French drains, tree removal, general regrading and new impermeable surfaces (e.g., concrete pavers) are not eligible.

There are a limited number of grants for the program. Any eligible applicants not selected this year are placed on a waiting list for future assistance. The program is funded by the Village of Oak Park and administered by RainReady, an initiative of the non-profit Center for Neighborhood Technology.
