YARRA YOUTH ADVISORY COMMITTEE EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST FOR YOUNG PEOPLE

Eligibility

To be eligible, applicants must be aged 12 – 25, and live, study or work in the City of Yarra

Assessment Criteria

Expressions of Interest will be assessed against the following criteria:

Receipt of completed application by the closing date;

Commitment to come to regular meetings and actively participate in the group; and

Demonstrated interest in advocating for the needs of young people, and in providing advice to Council on key matters affecting young people

Nominations will be assessed by the Coordinator, Youth & Middle Years, and a final decision will be made by Councillors as quickly as possible.
