PFLAG provides a safe and confidential space place to talk about sexual orientation and gender identity, and works to build a society that is healthy and respectful of human diversity. Planned Parenthood

Low-cost and free reproductive healthcare, including full STI screening, birth control, prenatal and postnatal care, abortion services, and hormone therapy for trans people (select locations). There are centers located in Fresno with hormone therapy available, as well as locations in Madera, Merced, and Visalia. The GLBT National Help Center is non-profit, tax-exempt organization that provides peer-support, community connections and resource information to people with questions regarding sexual orientation and/or gender identity.
