RTCR Level 2 Assessment Operator Survey

1. PA DEP intends to maintain a list of certified operators willing to conduct Level 2 Assessments for public water systems that do not have a certified operator. DEP will publish the list on the RTCR website, which will include the certified operator’s contact information. This list can be used by public water systems that have triggered a Level 2 Assessment under the Revised Total Coliform Rule to locate and hire a certified operator to conduct the assessment. Are you willing to be on this list?

Note: Clicking "No" does not exclude you from conducting Level 2 Assessments, but you will not be added to the DEP list published on the website.
