The purpose of this survey is to determine the transportation needs of individuals with disabilities, seniors, youth and limited income individuals in Vanderburgh, Henderson & Warrick counties. Responses will be kept anonymous and only included in a total of all surveys. They will be used to develop a priority list of transportation needs.
