Hybrid Self-Assessment Questionnaire
Instructions: This self-assessment asks questions about instructor capabilities needed to successfully design and teach a hybrid course. While you may have strengths in some areas, you may also have areas of improvement for others.
The following statements are concerned with how you judge your current capabilities for teaching a hybrid course. Even if you have little or no experience teaching a hybrid course, please try to answer each question honestly. A helpful prefix for each answer is, "I can do..."
At the end of this self-assessment, you will be provided feedback on your areas of strength and areas of improvement for developing and teaching a hybrid course. The results of this assessment will help us tailor our Hybrid Development Program for program participants.
