Cut-over from an old survey

Check the url variables
Enter new URL into lemur
Publish page in lemur
Disable old survey question
Disable old thank you response (for the specific URL variable only; don’t disable whole thank you question until you get thru all pages)
Send a test response on each journal page to ensure the new question format is showing up and working.
After all the questions are disabled and new questions are up, decide if you want to close old survey.

Hidden value actions
Hidden value actions allow us to "pass" data from SurveyGizmo onto our Google sheet where we collect the responses.

Each action corresponds to a field in the spreadsheet.
Session ID is included instead of Response ID, because SG has told me that Response ID is not available as a metadata field to capture and pass (as it is assigned after the survey is complete).
When you set up a hidden value action, the name of the action must correspond exactly to the column heading in your spreadsheet in order to pass the data.
