This survey is designed to measure Seventh-day Adventists' attitudes surrounding what it means to be a Seventh-day Adventist. We also ask a few biographical questions in order to see how responses correlate to, for example, gender or education level. This survey is not being administered by the Seventh-day Adventist Church, and the authors do not officially represent the church.

11. Finally, you will be presented with statements representing various opinions about issues facing the Seventh-day Adventist church. These questions are about how you personally think the Seventh-day Adventist church should operate. For the following statements, please rate how strongly you agree or disagree with the statement.
