Note to Programmers: When modifying existing text, modifications should be made in the default/build mode and then each corresponding text and translation (T&T) (i.e., population) option. In some cases--like editing multiple choice options, matrix rows, etc.--where the content/question is the same across each population, it may be easier to delete the old response option and add an entirely new response option rather than editing the default and then all the T&T fields. That is, adding an entirely new option (in relevant situations) auto-programs the T&T options to match the new response option, but this is not the case when you edit an existing response option.
