Microsoft Computer Training Survey

Welcome! Thank you for taking our Microsoft © Training survey.

This survey is not associated with Microsoft ©  or Amazon©, it is in regards to private companies or persons who offer training on Microsoft © products.

During this survey,  you will be asked a few questions to see if you qualify for this survey, and if you do, you will then be asked for your contact information and asked another series of questions. In total, this survey should take about 10-15 minutes to complete.


To be eligible for this survey, you must meet the following conditions:

1. You must have taken a Microsoft training course from a training center, on-demand platform or certified Microsoft instructor within the past 2 years.
2. You must be a citizen of either Canada or the USA.
3. Only one survey per person is allowed.
4. You must complete the entire survey all the way until the end where you select your prize/reward for your submission to be valid.

After completing the survey we will email you an electronic gift card from your choice of (sorry no more Starbucks cards):

• Amazon USA - $5 egift card
• Amazon Canada - $7 egift card (only usable on Amazon.ca site)

The egift cards will be emailed to you usually within 24 hours.
