Adolescent Substance Abuse Treatment Needs Assessment 2017

The Vermont Department of Health Division of Alcohol and Drug Abuse Programs (ADAP) is working to improve the access to and quality of adolescent substance abuse assessment, treatment and recovery services in Vermont. We need your input on the specific needs and concerns of your community. Please complete the following survey and forward the survey link on to others in your community, including youth and their family members, who can provide input. Most people will take approximately 10 minutes to complete this survey.

This survey will be used to inform the work of ADAP and the Youth Treatment Enhancement Program (youthtreatmentvt.org).
