STEM Optional Practical Training (OPT) Workshop

Are you a F-1 visa holder in one of Steinhardt's STEM programs planning to pursue off-campus employment prior to or upon completion of your studies? You may be able to work in the United States after graduation for up to three years if you complete your studies in one of NYU Steinhardt's programs in science, technology, engineering, or mathematics (STEM).

Join Alison Jackson, International Student Advisor in the Office of Global Services, for a conversation about the STEM OPT extension proess. The workshop will cover eligibility, application process, and other details about this type of work authorization.
