This survey is intended as a means of communication between athletes, coaches and the Athletic Department of Vancouver Public Schools. Your responses will be combined with other responses and shared anonymously with your coach. The Athletic Director will be reviewing all individual responses. We are continually striving to provide our student athletes with the best possible experience in our athletic programs.
