This 2017 Response Rate survey asks for data about the performance and cost of email, direct mail, paid search advertising, social media advertising, and online display advertising. If you complete this survey, you will receive a top-line summary of results useful for benchmarking your direct marketing efforts. 

As you take this survey, please respond with information that represents the performance of an average campaign for each media type.

  1. If you are an agency, enter the average results you achieve for a client. If results vary by industry, focus on the most common client industry.

  2. If you are a marketer, enter the results for a representative campaign.

  3. If you are a supplier, enter the results from one of your own, representative campaigns.
