You may nominate ONLY 1 male and 1 female candidate within this Region for this award. Nominees for the Distinguished Service Award should be submitted to the Eastern Region Awards Committee Chairmen no later than the first Friday in March. The Awards committee shall review the nominees for their time and years of service within and their contributions to the Eastern Region. The Committee will submit up to 3 male and 3 female candidates to the Eastern Region Director. The Director will select up to 1 male and 1 female that has distinguished themselves within the Eastern Region over the last 2 to 3 years. The Distinguished Service Award will be given at the Region's Annual Meeting in each March
