Email notices request form

Want to receive library notices via email?

We can notify you about reservations and overdues via email if we have an up-to-date email address.

To make email your preferred notification method, please fill in the form below. If a notification bounces back, we will contact you via our automated phone system or by post. In addition to the issues slip, PAL telephone service, and library account online, notification of the due dates of items you have on loan will be made 5 days after the due date.

If you have a spam filter, please allow the address wclnotice@wcc.govt.nz.

Note: for security reasons, if the address you give below does not match our records we cannot add an email address to your library card. You will have to visit the library, show your library card and update your details there.
