The Safe Mobility for Life Coalition is working to improve the safety, access, and mobility of Florida’s aging population. To reach our goals, we could use your help!
We are conducting this survey to better understand how Floridians 50 years and older get from place to place. Your responses will help us make sure we address your transportation safety and mobility needs and develop useful educational materials. The survey shouldn’t take much of your time. Participation has no known risks and no direct benefits to you. The records of this survey will be kept private and confidential to the extent permitted by law. In any report we might publish, we will not include any information that will make it possible to identify a subject. Participation in this survey is completely voluntary. If you have any questions about this survey, please contact Dr. Anne Barrett, Director of Pepper Institute on Aging and Public Policy, Florida State University, 636 W. Call St., Tallahassee, FL 32306; 850-644-8825; abarrett@fsu.edu
