The 21st Century Skills (soft skills development!) class is scheduled to take place in Mt. Vernon at the COTC Knox Campus, and it targets building workforce & leadership proficiency in your teams; helping them to discover their purpose while attaining personal and professional goals; all the while, remaining relevant and vital in your organization. Participants will embrace individual and team-based performance, discovering what they can do to enhance their effectiveness. To follow is the overview:
