ServSafe® Manager’s Certification Course

Whitewoman St., Coshocton, OH 43812 May 7, 8, 9, & 10 9:00am-1:30pm daily (allows for a 30 minute lunch break) The ServSafe® Manager course is an approved course to meet the criteria for the Ohio Department of Health’s Level II certification. This course is a detailed study of food safety procedures and prevention of foodborne illnesses. Developed by The National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation, this Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points based course gives participants national, state and local recognition as certified in food safety.
