General sessions should be applicable to all conference attendees, including utility in-house counsel, outside counsel, and utility regulatory specialists.
Breakout sessions will be offered in two tracks, focusing on in-house counsel and regulatory issues.
Preconference workshops are in-depth workshops offered on Sunday, prior to the conference.

General session (30-60 minutes)
In-house counsel track (30-60 minutes)
Regulatory track (30-60 minutes)
Preconference workshop (3 hours)
