Thank you for registering for the Technical Assistance Workshop instructed by Nicki Christoferson on June 1, 2017, and for your interest in the Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP). This workshop is mandatory for new sponsors applying to participate in the CACFP. It is also recommended for new staff who are responsible for program implementation and oversight. All CACFP Technical Assistance workshops are offered free of charge. Training materials will be provided at the workshop. Please bring a pen or pencil with you.

We will start promptly at 9:00 am. Our day will consist of two sessions*, each containing a short break. The morning session is dedicated to learning how to complete a study month. The afternoon session includes most everything else related to the CACFP. Completion of the CACFP application packet is NOT covered in this training.

*If you have an “at-risk only” program, you are only required to attend the afternoon session that begins at 1:00 pm.

We will take an hour break for lunch in between sessions. Lunch is not provided. There are options for lunch in the vicinity of the workshop location. You are also welcome to bring a lunch with you.
