2017 Spring IT Professionals Forum
Wednesday - Thursday, June 7-8, 2017

In keeping with our Extreme IT theme, we’re stretching the boundaries to try something the IT Pro Forum team has never done before: A two-day event!
Based on feedback that people enjoy the more focused multi-hour workshops and training, but don’t want to give up four other one-hour topics to attend a half-day workshop, we’re offering both formats at different times. Similar to the Webmasters’ Forum, our traditional one-hour sessions will be held on Thursday, with optional multi-hour “deep dives” on Wednesday.
  • (Optional) Wednesday, June 7: Your choice of workshops and site visits.
You can also choose to attend multi-hour workshops and site visits at a variety of locations around campus and around the Research Park.
Some of these day-before events may have fees associated, depending on materials and/or location costs.
Space will be limited for these sessions; if you can’t attend, please let us know.
  • (Core) Thursday, June 8: Our primary IT Pro Forum event.
This will be a full day of sessions at the iHotel, with vendors, posters, and food provided.
Proposals must be completed and submitted electronically through this online form to have your topic considered for the conference. The deadline for submission is 11:59 p.m. CST on Friday, April 14, 2017. You will receive a notification of your proposal acceptance no later than April 28, 2017.
