VOE Network Lean Tours / Partners in Self-Reflection

While our members may be known as organizations that embraces Lean or Kaizen, we are all painfully aware of our shortcomings and committed to continuous improvement. Our goal with VOE-Network Lean Benchmarking Tours is to introduce our members to multiple adaptations of Lean management, and to help us both see the opportunities for improvement.

We have found that the best way for us to improve is to share our ideas with others. Tour guests provide that “fresh set of eyes” and frequently point out opportunities that we’ve overlooked. If you or your staff are traveling and are interested in a observational learning experience, please do us the favor of touring and training with VOE-Network Members.

Tour Conditions:

Tour sites, rules and availability may vary; confirm the details with the host site.

Tours are scheduled Tuesday – Thursday.

Tours begin at 8:00am and end at 3pm. We can adjust the start time according to your needs.

Tours may last up to 6 hours, depending on topics requested and available resources.

Maximum number of visitors is 8.

Children, minors, cameras, open-toed shoes, non-industry visitors are not allowed on this tour.

Names of all visitors must be furnished to VOE Network 48 hours in advance.

Notify your host site staff in advance of any visitors with allergies.

The VOE-Network and the host site is not responsible for injury or loss or damage of personal items when on the MGH grounds.

Vivarium Operational Excellence Network (VOE-N) members: No Charge for any VOE-Network Vivarium Tours; unlimited requests

We will do our best to accommodate all requests. Requested tour dates require written confirmation from CCM.

The VOE-Network and the host site reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule any tour or to deny access to facilities when deemed necessary and appropriate; refunds will be made on a case-by-case basis.

All visitors must acknowledge the above conditions prior to the tour.

Tour fees:

Tours may include breakfast items, light lunch, 1 free parking voucher for 1 car.

Vivarium Operational Excellence Network (VOE-N) members: No Charge for any CCM Tours; unlimited requests

Non-VOE-N members: $500.00 per visit per organization; limit: 8 people. You will receive an electronic invoice via Paypal

after filling out the form below.

The tour will be scheduled once payment is received.
