2017 FWC Kids Fishing Clinic

General Information

The Kids' Fishing Clinic is a free, one-day educational event for kids ages 5-15. At the clinics, the children go through five mandatory skill stations: Casting, Knot Tying, Fishing Tackle, Ethical Angling, and Touch Tank. After approximately one hour of instruction, children will receive a free rod and reel (compliments of local sponsors, while supplies last) and, if conditions allow, will have the opportunity to fish (catch and release only). All participants must be accompanied by an adult. Participants are encouraged to bring sunscreen, bag lunch, and water. Pre-register by completing the information below.
