Thank you for taking the time to answer a few questions about the kinds of programmes and services you'd like to see available for women in the Waikato region.
Your feedback will help community organisations and service providers improve what they are currently delivering and develop new programmes and services that better meet the needs of Waikato women.
All information you provide will be completely confidential, anonymised for reporting, and will not be shared with third parties under any circumstances.
The survey will take around ten minutes to complete and all completed responses will go in a prize draw to win a $250 shopping voucher from a retailer of your choice, to be drawn on 1 July 2017.
