May 16, 2017 Public Attendee Registration

Please answer the following questions to register for the May 16, 2017 Defense Health Board Neurological/Behavioral Health Subcommittee meeting at the Defense Health Headquarters (DHHQ), 7700 Arlington Boulevard, Falls Church, Virginia 22042.  Plan to arrive by 11:30 AM to allow time to go through security and receive a visitor's badge.

The tentative agenda is:

Registration:            11:45 AM - 12:00 PM
Opening Remarks:  12:00 PM - 12:15 PM
Review of Tasking:  12:15 PM - 12:30 PM
Public Comments:   12:30 PM - 1:55 PM
Adjourn:                     2:00 PM
