 REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT INFORMATION

 

REGISTRATION REQUIREMENT:  Your $30.00 fee includes sash, guest speaker, program booklet, entertainment, light refreshments and 5 tickets (student + 4 guests). If you would like to invite additional guests, the cost is $5.00 per person. The maximum amounts of guests allowed are six (6). If you need assistance in completing this form for the Asian & Pacific Islander Graduation Celebration, please contact (310) 243-3312.


PAYMENT METHOD: You may pay by credit/debit card or by cash or personal check. Payment is due no later than Friday, April 21, 2017. If payment is not received by the payment deadline Friday, April 21, 2017, your name will be removed from the RSVP list and you will not be able to participate in the 2017 Asian & Pacific Islander Graduation Celebration.

If you are paying online:  After you have completed the online Student Registration Application, you will receive an email confirming your registration titled, "Asian & Pacific Islander Graduation Celebration Confirmation" providing a link to complete your online payment. This email will also layout instructions on photo requirement and a separate hand out of frequently asked questions (FAQs). 

If you are paying by cash or personal check: Your registration fee is payable at the CSUDH Cashier's Office (Welch Hall 2nd Floor). After you have completed the online Student Registration Application, you will receive an email confirming your registration titled, "Asian & Pacific Islander Graduation Celebration Confirmation" which will instruct you on printing your email voucher to take to the Cashier's Office for payment of your registration fee, as well as the photo requirement and a separate hand out of frequently asked questions (FAQs).

PHOTO REQUIREMENT: You will also need to submit a suitable passport size photo via email to apigc@csudh.edu. Please have your submission be a head shot. Make sure your photo is identified with your name, student id and contact number. Each graduate’s picture will be included in a celebration program. Deadline: Friday, April 21, 2017.

ENTRY TO GRADUATION CELEBRATION: Graduates can receive up to six (6) entries for guest(s) to attend the Graduation Celebration. Your credit card receipt or stamped voucher is proof of payment of the registration fee. Due to the capacity of the LSU Ballroom, there will be no tickets available for sale at the door on the day of the event.

NEW OPPORTUNITY THIS YEAR - Purchasing Ad Space:
For those families and friends who wish to purchase an ad in the program giving a shout out to their graduate, we are offering 1/4 page, 1/2 page and full page opportunities. These can only be purchased through the online link. All submissions must be received no later than April 24th in order to be included in the program. Please note that submissions may be edited for formatting purposes. Are you interested in purchasing an ad?
If you would like to purchase ad space in the Asian & Pacific Islander program, you have three options:
  1. Submit three (3) photos (jpg.) + 50 words or PDF file to apigc@csudh.edu
  2. Submit two (2) photos (jpg.) + 30 words to apigc@csudh.edu
  3. Submit one (1) photo (jpg.) +  15 words to apigc@csudh.edu
