Immediately following the conducting of the Rosary Program by the local council, the Grand Knight or Financial Secretary should complete and submit the Participation Form (10243) to the Supreme Council Department of Fraternal Mission. This form provides the Supreme Council office with valuable participation statistics as well as feedback about the program in general.
